illicit kiss

I have the urge to kiss your lips
and taste your tongue,
nibble on it
and kiss your ears.
All this teasing, and tempting
acts as foreplay,
prelude to what’s to come.
will we succumb,
dive into each other
and enjoy the illicit kiss
or will we resign
and abstain
maintaining status of what we don’t know,
leaving each others imagination to roam free
until satiated or jaded.
